To help ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience, please review the information below before heading to the event.
EVENT INFORMATION
EVENT DATE: Saturday, July 4, 2026
GATES OPEN: 4 PM
ASSIGNED GATE ENTRY: Your assigned gate of entry is on your ticket. Please enter the property at the proper gate. This allows for you to get to your space quickly and keep traffic moving off the roads.
Plan to arrive early to allow time for parking and to enjoy all of the activities before the evening entertainment begins. ALL GATES CLOSE FOR ENTRY AT 8 PM.

INFORMATION
Temperatures are expected to be above average for this time of year. Great Meadow is an OUTDOOR VENUE. Please plan accordingly.

Drink plenty of water throughout the evening.

Wear lightweight clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.

Take breaks in shaded areas whenever possible.

Watch for signs of heat exhaustion, especially in children and older adults.

PARKING & ARRIVAL
Parking attendants will direct you to your designated parking area upon arrival.
Have your tickets ready before reaching the entrance to help keep traffic moving. Your ticket can be scanned digitally or printed.
Allow extra travel time, as traffic will increase closer to the start of the event.
GATE SALES: General Admission (GA) tickets purchased at the gate are $80 per vehicle and can only be purchased at GATE 8 and GATE 9. Gate sales are cashless. We strongly encourage purchasing tickets online before arriving for the fastest entry at the gates. Purchase before July 4 for the best price!
GENERAL ADMISSION (GA) PARKING & SEATING
GENERAL ADMISSION (GA) parking is located at GATE 8 and GATE 9.
Each GA ticket is for one (1) vehicle along with the passengers in your vehicle.
General Admission (GA) is OPEN SEATING. We have designated areas on the NORTH and SOUTH sides of the racecourse for GA open seating.
All tailgates allow TWO cars to be parked at the reserved space number. Each driver will need a copy of the tailgate ticket for entry at the assigned gate.

FOOD & DRINKS
A variety of local food vendors will be serving food throughout the evening in Vendor Village. You can view the current Vendor Village participants HERE.
Beer and wine will also be available for purchase in designated areas by guests 21 years of age or older with valid identification.
Outside food and beverages are welcome.
We recommend bringing the following items to enjoy your evening:
