Schedule of Events

The Great Meadow Independence Day Celebration is a major annual Greater Washington area event, drawing family crowds up to 10,000 each year to our beautiful countryside. Entertainment during the early evening features: music, family games & activities prior to the culmination of a dazzling display of fireworks over our lush, green venue.

All Day Activities: Fair Games, Face Painting, Mini Golf, Concessions & Vendors, Music, Various Demonstrations and Exhibitions.

Color Guard, Flyovers, National Anthem

Family Fun Activities (Polo Exhibition, Tug-O-War, Games, Stick Pony Races etc.)
