The Great Meadow Independence Day Celebration is a major annual Greater Washington area event, drawing family crowds in excess of 10,000 each year to our beautiful countryside. Entertainment during the early evening features: music, family games, rides & activities prior to the culmination of a dazzling display of fireworks over our lush, green venue. in 2024 we are adding an exciting Drone Show to our famous fireworks display!
A limited number of Retail and Food/Beverage Concession spaces are available and will be located primarily around Members Hill. Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
We will be in touch to let you know if your application has been accepted and then will follow up with additional details and information. All applications should be returned with a Certificate of Insurance, Temporary Food Permit (if applicable) to gmjuly4th@gmail.com.
Each Vendor will receive two car passes for convenient assigned parking spaces. Additional passes are available upon request. Once accepted, pay your Vendor Fee through the VENDOR PARKING tab at this link (Updated link coming soon). IF MAP DOES NOT LOAD, PLEASE TRY CHROME BROWSER.
