 2026 VENDOR APPLICATION

LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE

Join us for one of the region’s largest Independence Day celebrations, The Big Boom at Great Meadow, welcoming over 10,000 attendees to The Plains, Virginia on Saturday, July 4, 2026.

We invite food vendors, artisans, and specialty exhibitors to apply for a space in our curated Vendor Village.

To be considered, please complete the application below and review and agree to the

Great Meadow Event Vendor Terms & Conditions.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis in the order they are received.

The deadline to apply is midnight on June 1, 2026, or earlier if all vendor spaces are filled.

Due to limited availability, early submission is strongly encouraged.

All applicants will be notified of their status via email by our events team. We kindly ask that you do not call the Great Meadow office for application updates, as status information will not be available by phone.

VENDOR APPLICATION


This application is for Vendors that would like to secure a space in Vendor Village at THE BIG BOOM Independence Day Celebration at Great Meadow on Saturday, July 4, 2026.Your application indicates your interest in participating in the event and does not guarantee acceptance.


If approved, you will receive information from the event team that includes payment information to secure your spot. Each space in Vendor Village is $300. This fee includes one (1) 15'x15' space, one (1) General Admission parking pass, and business name listed on the event website as a participating vendor.
